Dr Tanya Hoopmann, is the sole proprietor of the Wattle Park Veterinary Clinic, and has recently

welcomed Dr Arielle Bridges to our family work team.

After choosing her career as a vet at the age of 7, Tanya completed a Bachelor of Science Degree at Adelaide University in 1982, then a Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree with Honours at the Universty of Sydney in 1987.

With over 35 years' experience and over 27 years of that being self-employed, Tanya continues to this day to find her career a challenging, fulfilling and rewarding one, surrounded with like minded vets and vet nurses equally passionate about caring for our furry family members.

Tanya has an interest in complimenting traditional medicine with natural remedies where appropriate to ensure maximum results with minimum side effects.

Being the sole proprietor at the Wattle Park Veterinary Clinic enables Tanya to provide more personalised "continuity of care", and she treats all creatures ' great and small that attend her clinic with the utmost care, consideration and respect, as if they were her own.

Dr Arielle Bridges - Veterinary Surgeon

Dr Arielle Bridges completed her doctorate of veterinary medicine at The University of Adelaide in 2015, and worked in mixed practice in the Adelaide Hills for a while before deciding to focus solely on small animals.

Arielle is passionate about internal medicine, and has a very keen interest in dentistry and soft tissue surgery. She thoroughly enjoys working with the wonderful team at Wattle Park.

With a strong focus on the human-animal bond, Arielle enjoys building rapport with clients and helping them maintain their pets in the best condition possible to enable long, healthy lives. She has always had a true love of animals, and feels blessed that she is able to spend every day working with a variety of different dogs and cats, all of whom she treats with the same love and care she does her own pets.

When not at work, she is kept busy at home by her toddler, 2 Golden Retrievers, Labrador and 2 cats.
